It has most to do with diction, tenses, and prepositions. Personally, Im more caught up with the vibrance in Kian's personality and how adorable Len is to bother with the translation. Do read it if you're in for the wholesomeness of these two.
There were really bad translations but it is understandable, it's like reading sentences with bad grammar, but the thought is still there.
