I was having the same feeling too but it was so well explained that i am finding it hard to continue doubting him plus the fact that his brother yaoi raped him and then didn't come back for seven years makes me care even less that he might be involved in the embezzlement
I had for just a second this feeling as well, but knowing how is lovely Yukiya, I don't think he can have such bad intention...
But i do hope Yukiya had nothing to do with the embezzlement. And I hope they do not drop that part of the story. I have a real bad feeling Yukiya set that up and that would honestly make me sad.
