I'm confused as to how they got a child. Of all the omegaverse I've read, omega's body rejects others except for their alpha pair. Did it not matter in this because the seme is a beta? Also, the seme DESERVES so much more, but it's nice to see a different perspective of giving a marked omega (not cherished by asshole alpha that bit them) a chance to be happy too.

    I think they were only able to have sex outside of his heat. That’s why he was vomiting during sex that one time
