Since you brought up the plot (not part of the whole rhetorical question, will not engage part of my comment), I am very glad and I will totally respond......I love all kinds of stories. I really love a great plot with amazing characters. I also love nonsense and wtf stories just as much. I am busy all day making bank, I have serious responsibilities and serious consequences if I do not taking my professional life seriously.
At the end of my work day, and taking care of my family’s needs (includes spouse, four kids and four cats) I might go to my personal library of paper manga and doujinshi (I have collected hundreds of books and doujinshi - 98% in Japanese, 2% in English) and lose myself there, flipping pages, while laughing, crying, or drooling, okay a lot of drooling, while working on my Japanese at the same time.
Sometimes, I want to read the popular stories on this site which leave you feeling better, hopeful about life and the possibility of true love, and amazed by the complexity of a great plot.
Sometimes , I am just ready to chill and be entertained. Meaning, all the smutty, crazy, sexy, yummy, ridiculous Yaoi I can consume.
Both types of Yaoi are just as healing as the other. Both scrolling down a screen or flipping real pages is soothing to me. I am able to lose myself in a story which may or may not commit itself to plot development, character development, or making any sense at all. After real life, I kind just want to lose myself into a world of fictional bliss........
I can agree with you this story might be heading in a plotless direction, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you are and what you are in the mood for. I am just happy to be here, read the stories and comments and enjoy my Yaoi life as much as possible.
Thank you for responding with something I can get into....sharing our opinions

The uploader took the time to share a very detailed trigger warning. If you decided to keep reading, why would you then be surprised by the contents of the chapter, become upset, and take the time to complain in the comments?
This is a rhetorical question. Please look it up if you do not understand what it means before you attempt to engage me to respond.
Again, thank you Saph-san for uploading this and being thoughtful of others by placing a trigger warning in place. Please keep up the good work
