Look back at the chap 79 page 19. There’s something about Alek said, so my theory is, he really is the one who marked hen. Maybe before the one night stand of hen and Ivan, Alek marked hen. He said he’s the one who started it all so maybe he set things up between hen and Ivan after marking hen?

your theory looks also plausible!!! i didn't perceive that scene that way bc i rmmbr at one point alek invited hen to a bar where they drunk shots after shots (hen mostly) but after cross referencing with the first chapter, the flashback scene from chapter 79 was the same one from chapter 1 where alek first took notice of hen while drinking a cocktail. but wait!!! if the plot twist is it was rlly alek who gave hen the mark, the only positive outcome i can take from this is that despite alek was the marker, hen still chose to date ivan instead. hen always had options bc alek was coming into him before. omg wait oMG OK WAIT why yall posting alek marked hen when in the first place it was shown hen was marked by ivan when they had a one night stand during the company party and also this is just my theory: alek sort of unknowingly imprinted on hen that's why he knows when hen goes into heat/something wrong with him (aside from also belonging in snake tribe) plus!!! hen is still under ivan's mark even if it's already fading. it's still there, not yet completely gone. hence when alek TRIED to mark hen to ease his pain (and other instinct purposes), it didn't stick and faded immediately. this is as far as i understand but if anyone wants to share their own theory, feel free to share it too!!! :3
