it's so interesting to see someone say this because i saw him as the exact opposite. i thought he was such a good person and he tried to reach out to hase all the time. yes hase was having his own troubles but he never communicated them to naoto so it's unfair to think naoto should have just sat quietly and waited while hase figured his shit out in my opinion.

This is my post,and I have free well to express how I felt about it after reading it,not all people have same opinion, you have to respect that and be more mature

I can't take this, do you even know what rape means? Even thought they're in a relationship, if the other party didn't give permission or didn't like to do it, it's fucking rape. Look at chapter 4, please, and tell me the MC wasn't raped. Yes, he threw a punch first because of the misunderstanding.
But he also received a punch back, and that's what it should've ended with.

In chapter 4 (I'm talking about the end scene, to be clear) there was no consent. Because, as we all should know, just dating doesn't mean you consent to everything your partner does.
He screamed at him to stop, tried to escape and later on - cried.

You can say that it's just a manga so you guess it's acceptable.
But if you're discussing certain situation and show toxicity, you need to understand that people will fight back.
