the fact that while the ML is very hot and #badboytype, there are clearly scenes where she resists and in any case it's not cool for the ML to keep on kissing or doing whatever they are because that is romantic abuse. It's not okay even when the MC may be a tsundere and "can't express their true feelings."
There are even "hitting" sfx's when he forces himself on her, and although it's cute a little bit afterwards when she blushes, it still just rubs me the wrong way when reading :/
