Help Please~

I'm trying to find/remember this Yaoi manga. I'd appreciate any help~

The story is set in the modeling world. This young man, still in High School I believe, comes to this agency. I believe his father has connections of some kind to the modeling company. He is put under the management of a beautiful man with long hair - who once had been a model himself. I also remember that the manager gave up modeling because he was attacked in the past. And the reason he has long hair is because he's afraid to get it cut -afraid of sharp objects(when he was attacked they were going to cut his face)... Please Help!
