Well honestly, you should be confused because that’s the point. Kyon was like, oh shiet, i like him, but idk what to do. But then all that happened was that our boy whipped and simped to the master because he caught onto his feelings. But at the point, the point was the reader was supposed to feel what kyon was feeling. That being “what is our relationship”. But the balcony scene transition was wack tho because u question whether it was a fantasy or reality, but then u realize it’s reality when something proves it entirely later in the story. That’s the only part i’d say is confusing, but as the story progressed, it was very fluid, endearing, emotional a bit, and enjoyable to read. This is definitely worth the read since it covers the pain of love and loss and fear. Teared up a bit at the “lake scene” (not gonna spoil it) and the ending was very bittersweet leaving u feeling sad but ready to move on in life.
I think what happened was when Kyon realized his feelings, he had a hard time acting normal around Lucaon. Lucaon being a supernatural being probably sensed it, and since apparently they can get nutrition/energy from i guess sex? He probably thought he would use Kyon since he doesn't eat and Kyon likes him so he wouldn't refuse him. That's what i understood from the story (⌒▽⌒) hope it helps clear things up, and you continue it. It's a good story (=・ω・=)
So i read this and kinda dropped it since i was confused. I thought i skipped some chapters because the two MC's went from barely talking to fucking so i had no idea what was happening. Should i pick it back up and try it again or was it just like that for everyone and i shouldn't waste my time? ;-;
