Not sure about this but she said 5th highest ranking FEMALE. So i guess that must be the empress, the empress dowager (since she's still alive), a princess(?), duchess salvatore, then our dear Leslie.
I'm not sure if there's a princess here so if there's none, the other can be a duchess from another family. I don't remember how many ducal families are there in this story.

The first one Is the emperor
Second Is the empress
Third is the prince and princess
Forth is duchess and Duke
Fifth is the son and daughter of the duchess and Duke which means Leslie is their daughter
