I'm not sure about the chapter . But yes Love Stage is licensed, you wont be able to buy the translated version of the new chapter any time soon:

what is going on about Love Stage manga? im confused! is it true that next chapter will be on 2015? and they said its licensed so do i have to buy it for me to be able to read it? :(
