I've seen this attitude before on an unpopular manga I worked on.
A hater's whole idea is to hit the comment section right away and sound off about it. You never consider that people put a lot of work into this. The uploader is working hard every new chapter, but no appreciation or consideration is shown, just your oppressive bitching.
You don't think it hurts the feelings of the people who put in time and energy on this? You don't think they're watching the comments? They're especially watching when new chapters come out, when all of you are jumping all over yourselves, wetting your pants in a blind rush to post you unwelcome hate and disapproval
