it's a thing, people have nothing better to do with themselves sometimes
I work for a fairly big company in the US, it would never happen where I work. HR would get involved right away and people would be fired. We constantly have watch videos on this sort of thing for training purposes. The only places where I've seen people gossip about others was when I worked part time jobs but even then it wasnt as bad as this. I could be lucky though. I am fairly certain that something like posting on work message board wouldn't happen in the US. HR would get involved. Maybe in a small company.
Jungwoo is too nice and... dense to even understand the entire situation that we are more pissed off at the employees than Jungwoo himself. Half of the time he doesn’t even know what’s happening ╮(￣▽￣)╭ That’s why I don’t know if I’m worried for him or more worried for the employees cause they’ll prolly get reprimand.
I mean who post other’s people lives in the notice board??? Isn’t this a place of work and not a place of gossip? (Or is that actually a thing irl?)
