totally agree. yeas the physical and mental torture can be painful now, but it will save her from feeling worse in the future and be their tool by those fuck up family all her life. she can finally be free from their abuse and horrible treatment.
so I will say it was worth it.
The popularity of her mother and brother will plummet while sympathy for her rises and the Duke’s image soars even higher.
