Things you hate the most in yaois and shounen ai?

i dislike mostly in omegeverses when the omegas are assumed the womanly role despite being men. they're always called "mommy" too like??? that's so heteronormative. if i wanted to read a manga with a "mommy" in it, i'd go read a shoujo or smth LMAO

i absolutely hate love triangles
ESPECIALLY if they're the focal point of the story
if it comes later in the story when the main characters have an established relationship im okay with it but if it's from the start??????? my frustrations can't be expressed

Too much sex ( it's nice sometimes but too much sex makes it so boring)
Dumb characters
Taking advantage of their partners kindness

The weird thing is that I can’t come up with something I do hate. But I do have something I wish to see more of. I wished it did be more love triangles were the options are equal. Like there’s always this one person in that triangle that turnes out to be a jerk or was a jerk to begin with, giving it a «good» reason for why the MC should chose the «good» guy, and the MC would then think: «Why didn’t I realize it before now? He was always so kind. I was blinded by (the other option that is now a jerk, let’s call hil Person B)s lies...I now know that person A...he’s the one for me». Like as a fujoshi, I’m living for that to happen, an everlasting happy ending and so on. But I want for both the guys that could’ve been chosen, to be EQUALLY nice, have the same values of qualities, and for both to be worthy to be chosen! I don’t wish for the MC to chose that one person because the other one turned out to be a douchbag, as if he had no choice left. Just because you’re gay, and you belong to the minor group of sexuality, doesn’t mean that you have to be stuck with that one person, because you can’t seem to find anyone else. Like please, I want to see more of the MC chosing person A, because he truly loves him over everything, rather than because person B was evil and that fact pushed on events that made the MC realize person As loyality. Yes, there’s needed for a factor to push the plot further, and yes person B being a jerk is a good option for the plot to evolve and develope in a stable way, but does it always have to be like this? I need more rarities!

And when the victims fall in love with their rapists and suddenly thinks their first times (in which they were raped) were ~romantic~. It’s almost like Stockholm syndrome. Disgusting and I don’t know why its so romanticized in manga, manhua and manhwa alike.
