The woman visited a host club eventhough she was engaged so clearly it was her fault and not his since he just did what he is getting paid for and he also didn't know. And she never really clarified who her real love is... I have the feeling that they may even not be the uke. ( ̄へ ̄)

I mean, she didn't choose to be engaged, so it's neither person's fault...

Like imagine being told you have to marry someone just because it's tradition in your family to marry the next heir of that company, yikes.

Yeah but I mean, that everyone is blaming the uke for all of this although he had nothing to do with it.
And let's say the uke is her real love, shouldn't she have said something to him or a least tried to protect him since she knew how powerful her family is and in which family she will be married into soon. Why putting him in danger... Just because she was in a forced engagement and wanted someone else?
And let's say that the uke wasn't her real love... Than why did she visited the host club anyway, when she was engaged and had a real love at the same time.
    Sry I think I am overthinking. ┗( T﹏T )┛

I will laugh so hard if in the end it turns out to be a plan from the seme from the start XD

Yeah but you don't have to find someone else to blame because of that. You know it's possible to have multiple victims at the same time, right? She's a victim of her family and their outdated traditions, he's a victim of being sold-out by his family to a lunatic.

If it's a forced engagement, you can't blame her for wanting to find another way to relieve herself if she doesn't like the guy she was forced into an engagement with.

Sorry but I just feel like a lot of commenters on yaoi alwwaaaaaays pin the blame on the woman, even when she wasn't at fault.

I think you misunderstood me. I don't blame the woman because she is a woman in yaoi. I understand that a forced marriage is crap but I don't see the point in putting others in danger just because she want to relieve herself. She knew what family she is in and in which family she will be married into. I think that is just straight up selfish. I would have wrote the same comment even if she was a he. (=・ω・=)

I also understand your point of finding a victim. Sorry, this was not really cool from me, since I don't know the ending, but now, I still think, that although she is a victim of forced marriage etc she is still at fault since she put the uke in this situation. She knew that it can happened. Like... She grew up in this environment and she knew her family and the other family. I understand that being in a forced relationship is crap but I don't think that this is an excuse.

This wasn't her family, this was her fiance's family. And I highly doubt she knew he would kidnap the guy she was seeing at the host club and keep him as a prisoner in his room, no way she would've known that. That wouldve created a lot of problems lol. Also is she supposed to just suffer in an arranged marriage even if her fiance's a little crazy? If anything, that gives her even more cause to try to live her life.

She knew what family her is in and in which businesses the other one is involved since their whole point of marriage is because of their business. Maybe she wouldn't know that the uke will not be getting kidnapped and raped but she surely can figure out that her breaking of the arrangement and etc. can be pointed out to the uke and cause him a lot of problems.

She definitely doesn't need to suffer because of the forced marriage but she could have just left quietly and live her happy live. Why dragging someone completely irrelevant in the mess of their own families affairs.

Nah I don't think she knew what would happen to him. A lover she was actually bserious about? Maybe. But some random host she's seeing? Doubt it. She shouldn't have to live her life in fear of reprucussions of what might happen to either people when she's already being forced in a marriage. Instead of victim-blaming, maybe focus on the actual issue at hand, the seme? Stuff like this actually happens and people are always so quick to point their fingers at the victim being forced to marry someone just because of some B's family tradition.
