I got most of the story on my own...but I still do not understand who was behind Yuju's killing...I mean my best guess would be her own mother...but why...because she lost it maybe....can someone tell me this...please?
As far as I know the killer is unknown. To me I don’t think her little walk around where she hires a private investigator happened. I concluded that she went out to hire a pi but ultimately she’s a child on the street with expensive jewelry. She was kidnapped off the street and robbed and killed and the ppl that ‘took her in’ where the ones that found her body by their building and reported it to the police. At least that’s what I’m choosing to believe bc my lil brain really can’t take that much more of trying to understand and make out what really happened in the story

Yeah I get it some kidnapper just kidnapped Yuju for no particular motive but the Afrikan hotel(or whatever that bucket hat dude hotel was) their interaction never happened...and what about the package being delivered to Giju's apt ..? Did that also never happen

OK so the story’s being told by narration for 2 point of views. Giju and the outside (such as Young-Do, Jiman, and Choi Sun ). Basically everyone connected with Giju will die. His POV is him remembering everything that is important or has meaning during or leading up to his death. As we see via Giju’s diary he is mentally unstable due to all the traumatic experiences he’s been tru. ( Adopted father molested him, mother ignored it, ignored, bullied and molested more by others while growing up while having to raise and protect sister ). Starting with Jiman he gets in an accident that leads to his pregnant gf paralyzed and him going into the gangster lifestyle. Jiman invites Young-Do to the gang which leads to Young-Do getting beat up and meeting Giju. Giju is kicked out by adopted mother leading to him getting his own place. After getting drunk Giju and Young-Do hook-up and that’s how they’re relationship starts. During this time Is when Yuju questions where her brother Giju is. After her father Jeong-il try’s to molest her she runs away to find her brother which leads to her being kidnapped. During this time Jiman is planning to get out of the gang life and disappear. As we see in 31 He rades a storehouse of ‘goods’ and takes them while saying that the chairman is done. I figure he’s going to overthrow the bosses and earn his freedom. He has a alibi putting him in Seoul so his hands are clean. Ultimately they need someone to go down for it. They chose Young-Do and he’s assassinated as a pawn (it’s my belief in gijus house seeing as he was laying low there) .Then we have Yuju who’s dead body was found after the kidnapping. Her unpredictable mother Rahee, out of grief, burned her house down with herself and Jeong-il( father) trapped inside leading to the death of Gijus adopted family and lover. Following Giju and Young-Dos first night together Giju has a dream of his mother then that following morning a store lady recognizes him and brings up more memories of his mother leading to his unstable mind to start seeing an apparition of his mother. After experiencing the loss of his family and lover Giju loses his mind and commits suicide.
Choi Sun to me was more of a side story as her connection was with Jiman and his wife. She ultimately rises to fame by being Coerced into sponsorship and private gang bang/rape party’s. Of course even after all that a false lead leads to her humiliation and being put back at the bottom. She ends up in bride/ slave trade Auction Where Jiman coincidentally finds her there and helps her rise to the top once again.
That’s basically how I concluded what happened in the story. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
