That's... Difficult to quantify.
The male lead has some yandere qualities that definitely interweave themselves throughout the story making you want to smack him upside the head. They never just "get over it".
The ML does work on it and he becomes a lot better, but even in the latest extra chapter he's keeping tabs on Hosik's movements and secretly looking at his phone.
The high contrast between the cute drawings and the somewhat dark undertone is what makes this comic so polarizing. All of us know, deep down, that it would only take one bad incident for this to get super scary for Hosik again.
If you can't read it from the beginning, I suggest skipping it.
