So he really didn't expect that the uke would get pregnant. It's just stating that their body are really compatible. I think you're also forgetting that the uke has a low-key feelings for this seme already but is just too afraid to confess cos it's not the norm. And if you're following the author of this manhwa. You'll know that their love story is way older, longer and undying just like the cockroaches in your wall
It would have been perfect if the seme wouldn't have raped the uke and then forced him to have the child. At the end of the day, he raped the uke. Rape shouldn't be treated lightly yet it gets sexualized and normalized all the time. Otherwise I really liked the story, art was great just that thing bothered me.
