Reading this chapter I got the feeling that maybe the author never intended for Yuiji and Yamato to be end game and that people have taken the title “love stories” too literally. I could be wrong, but if the series is wrapping up in a few chapters, then I don’t see how Yamato and Yuiji’s relationship could blossom from friendship to romance at least on Yuiji’s part in such short time. Obviously all we can at this point is speculate, but the feeling I got from Yuiji and Yamato’s interaction this chapter didn’t give me end game vibes. It was more like closure.
i dont think the story's gonna be ending soon bc it keeps telling us that yuiji isnt happy in his relationship and that he doesnt do well w love, so that might be foreshadowing end game?
Well I don't really mind if Yamato ends up with Hibino or Yuiji. I just want him to be happy. So far, this manga has been quite realistic, it'll be a bit cliche for Yamato to end up with Yuiji but let's see where this goes. And ngl hibino is really cute. He'd be such a good partner to yamato if he had the chance.
