It's really hateful how being faithful is almost non existent in these kind of story. Although technically he didn't cheat yet, the way he's acting don't make it seem he will be faithful for long.

He said they used to love each other but they grew apart. I think if this were a live action drama I would see divorce papers flying everywhere..
...how is he supposed to be a good husband when the "harem" tag is so proudly displayed?
