The stories have a similar idea of being reincarnated as a tyrants daughter but literally everything else diverges from there in terms of plot and character development. An idea cannot be copyrighted. Also that would mean thousands of other stories are being plagiarized right now because they have the same idea of reincarnation.

I think there’s been a misuse of terms here.
You can’t plagiarize an idea as no one owns the copyright to an idea.
Because of that no one can claim a copyright lawsuit against any of these manhwas (which I assume is what people are trying to say).
