Yes, i use one whenever I go to digicoca. You can always download one. You can try FlyVPN Japan VPN. Those are the ones I use.

I used Japan VPN. It required me to have Open VPN for Android, but it works!
I didn't use Fly VPN, it required email login & stuff. :P
Oh and, while I had VPN on I tried to use mangago... didn't work.
