I know it's parallel universe. Also the Author did confirmed it that Chiwoo was indeed raped but since it was a shounen(or something) genre it couldn't be shown. Hence why there were no intimate scenes in the first manhwa.
Author should have totally gave a disclaimer before beginning side stories. Although it was parallel universe I just couldn't see a rapist being happy with the victim but anyways Chiwoo is so good at decisions and I am so happy with every decision he has made ♡
