That happens when you're using some flagged words try censoring some words and try again. Also once it's posted you'll see thumbs up and thumbs down button if you can't see them then that means it didn't approve.
I'm quite sure i did not use some flagged word.. but sure:) thanks for helping me I'll try to check if I'd actually use it next time
