Trying to be find yaoi manga :>

This manga is an omegaverse wherein there are 2 couples involved. There is one male omega wherein when he found out that he was an omega he was made fun of his classmates and because he was an omega his male alpha classmates tried to rape him by saying it was their “nature” as an alpha(bastards) but luckily he was saved by his childhood friend who used to always follow him everywhere, he saved him by marking him on the spot- they are couple one. One of the bullies realized that omega the scent of that omega was different. Fast forward to years later and they have jobs, the bully went to a restaurant(?? I think) and there was this male omega who was accepting of his gender as an omega and was trying to find his fated pair. Turns out that his fated pair was supposed to be the seme in the fisrt couple. The two omegas met before this encounter though. After the second omega met his alpha, he was rejected and became depressed. He overdosed from pills(heat inhibitors i think). The bully realized that he loves this omega, and they become a pair. But because of the side effects of the pills, uke’s memories started to fade little by little, ultimately forgetting that they were even a pair and even the bully entirely. He had absolutely no memories of his pair. The alpha in the first couple became concered and tried to research more about the side effects of heat inhibitors but was brushed off saying that it was ot needed. The omega in the second couple in the end said something along of the lines of “this man right here, loves me the most”
