That's kinda near to impossible since we all know omegaverse manga usually have the omega to be pregnant...well if they make another rule/world where beta can be pregnant then that's kinda interesting too
It's not impossible at the end of the day it's fiction and even though it's omegaverse depending on the author, he/she can switch it up. It's always omega this, alpha that but beta's are just there, they have a lot more room for alterations. Well that's just my opinion ╮(￣▽￣)╭
