I think the autor sometimes forgets her own creations and proportions. In some scenes Koichi looks tiny, sometimes he looks 1 head shorter than the titan. And dick sizes always change when they have sex. So idk I think they just don't have continuity

Yeah, I noticed that before XD I even made a coment about how Caius seems to get bigger and/or Koiuchi gets smaller when they have sex but when they're side to side the height difference isn't so big for a titan
