Agreed. I do think the story is realistic especially with the wavering feelings, overall messy situation, etc. It's easy to say what you think one should do in these situations, but once you're actually in it, you may find that it's NOT that easy after all.
I've met a lot of people who are like the ML/FL, and have had similar experiences like them so I can emphatise. Personally though, cheating is one of my biggest no-nos and I have too much pride to ever allow myself to continue such a relationship, love be damned. I'd rather be forever alone than degrade myself to being a mistress. I love myself too much lmao
Exactly, I've originally writed this comment because me too I did know people that despite being smart, rational and good, have been with people that were so bad and didn't deserve the love that were given to them.
And yeah it's so degrading to act like Fl , but like you said you can't understand until you experienced it,
The things that love can do to ppl sometimes are so crazy...
Anyway keep up the loving yourself that's the spirit
It's been so long since I've seen a manga/josei with this realism, the character are really complex and really well written,
You understand the pov of the mains and the dialogues are efficient.
You really see how love can change a person and put you in this "fuck it I love him" state of mind, nothing else matter but the person you love and there's no more rationality.
Even with the possibility that ishi marries tadoroko and leave her , spending time with him is much more important for narita.
I find that ishi is also a really good character with a complexity that you come by rarely,I find that he could be relatable also with his habits of delaying everything and getting tired by people and situations.
