I totally agree, specially on the rape part.
True, I can't stand it in plot-driven stories just for the sake of fantasizing it. If it has a purpose in the story then I could understand it, but if used as justification of love then man I hope the author and its readers does not project this fantasy onto reality.

Yeah there are also good ones but the bad ones are just as many as the good ones that even finding a really good one is rare for me haha.
tbh i haven’t rlly found a lot of bad ones , you just have to know what you like in plots and etc

This is why I prefer reading stories that are shounen ai cause the character development is more focused unline in many yaoi stories, no offense stories often revolve around sex which is not bad per se if its just porn but if a plot is implemented, it gets stale and feels rushed, and at worst, rape is romanticised and justified.
