Mr. F is 20 yrs old and Onoie is dating a girl in school. I do not believe they are the same person. I think Onoie is just VERY observant.

Understandable. There is just so much hurt in this manga. But it really does a wonderful job of depicting how hard it is for some in the LGBTQ+ Community to rectify their lives when they have no one to turn to for support. It is heart wrenching. And it is not something that those of us who are straight binary genders can truly and fully understand. But at least this can give us a bit of a glimpse in the hope that we can show more compassion, support and caring when we see our loved ones facing these issues themselves.
