Not completly accurate. She want to revenge against both Ruve for abandoning her and Zena for murdering her and her just born daughter. She only choose to side to Zena to spy and him and plot his downfall... But since she is dumb she won't do anything actually usefull and as usual Tia will have to do everything. She is still a bitch however. She actively go against Tia just because of an inferiority complex when she know for a fact that Tia was wrongly executed and just awfully she wa abused.
Wait, so, please clarify, was it Ruve who did all those things or was it due to manipulations/drugs? Can you specify in what way she manipulated him and what how the drug affected him exactly? Like a drug used with ill motive usually is a sleeping drug, so was Ruve drugged so that he wasn't thinking straight or what? As for the manipulations, when I say specify, like what does she say? You mentioned something about Ruve thinking Tia was a sort of power hungry woman, but even then, that cannot justify emotionally manipulating them so cruelly and putting them through such hardships.
It was already obvious that Ruve was the ML, but I dropped the manwha due to the fact I didn't think he deserved happiness, especially if he acted like that based on some misunderstanding, so if the author does, in fact, give a valid reason to justify as to why Ruve did that, whether he was controlled or something, I may pick the manwha back up again.
The drug part is a tricky question. He was drugged by the bad guy, without Ji-eun knowing. But just how much can his actions be explained by it? Some readers (like me) say that it doesn't make sense because the drug was clearly targetting Tia only. However, they berely meet with each other. He should have attacked others too then, because Tia would never have been a surefire way to canalise his outburst of anger toward her alone. Most of it MUST have came from Ruve being a jerk eated by jealousy and inferiority complex (proven by the fact he humiliated her and neglegted her when they were young so before the drug). Don't listen to the readers who said he loved her even in the first timeline, because he never actually knew her, he didn't even know just how hard she was working. It was either lust (and I refuse to call such a cheap felling love) or grief of the fact that he never got to knew her.
The Second Timeline Ruve's deserving Tia is also a tricky question. For me, he did not. He was a generic bland "ice king", only started to act nicely toward her when he started to get attracted to her (if you have read all the curretly available chapters of the manhwa I thing you will understand why I said that). He was all talk but no action (Tia did all the hard work... again). He is pushy, only listened to her wishes when it didn't contradict is own agenda and so on. I mean, he even lied to her about the breaking of the engagement. We can all see how and why he got so attacted to her (she conforted him, saved him contless times...) But there is absolutly no reason why Tia fallen in love with him again. He was better than First Ruve, but still not the nicest. And he without a doubt wasn't better than Carsein.

Gosh, thank you for the explaination. Yes, Carsein was by far the best love interest, better than the abusive Ruve and yandere/obsessive green haired guy. Its geniunly sad that Tia won't go for the guy who helped her countless times, been with her thick and thin and who she interacted with alot, much more than Ruve anyway. Carsein is easily number one in my heart but yeah ~
