Is there any way to put a universal yaoi filter on the manga browser?

Whenever I try to follow a tag or search a keyword, there's like a 10:1 ratio of yaoi to normal stuff. Is it possible to filter that out?

I don’t think there is.. you can use other website to find tags though. As an example:
