Exactly. İ think she knew this too. But it is not easy to give up all these things at once. And she even has a feelings for him. İ think she is kind of afraid that he won't like her when she is not cute anymore. Since they don't even know each other well i think it is quite understandable worry
I can kind of understand her feelings. In Korea, the beauty standards are high and it means literally everything to them. To have the option to be pretty just like that, anyone would wanna take it. In my opinion, I think she would let go of the power and work for her beauty! Working for your results is much better. She’s also risking her health for this. I wish she could accept some of her natural features. But I do understand why she doesn’t.
