Time Period?

I know this story may not be totally historically accurate, but does anyone know when this is taking place? I guessing maybe the late 1700s to early 1800s in near the abolishment of the Holy Roman Empire. The women are wearing what appear to be rococo style dresses, while the men lean toward a more neoclassical fashion. IDK I'm not that big into history. Anyway just sharing my opinion and wonder what others may be thinking or if it has been stated somewhere.
