OVA and anime

Does anyone know if the OVA has already aired? If it has, where can I watch it? I read somewhere Juuza Engi would be adapted to anime (not just na 1 ep OVA, but a full anime series), is it true?

I just watched it on kissanime, as of when I wrote this, (because who knows if you'll see this or when) it was the 16th one down on the latest update list.
