But in 98% of BL series you have at least light cases of stalking, rape and/or kidnapping etc. Even in "fluffy" stories like Junjou Romantica or so it happens (as soon as one says no, but the other continues, it can be counted as rape). If you don't like this kind of fictional stories, fine then just don't read them. I mean the title says it is about stalking, what did you think would happend in the manga?
I know it's been some time (6months ), but still I wanted to give you a bit of an answer. 1- Just because something is common, or happens "98%" of the time doesn't make it right or even acceptable, you shouldn't settle for scraps. I try my best to find and avoid those kinds of mangas (tho I don't always succeed, I won't deny it). 2- I'm sorry, but JR is not a fluffy manga, i would never consider it one and it's extremely problematic, I don't like it at all. [I still read it because I want to know what happens, it was the first yaoi I ever watched, doesn't mean I like or approve of its contents.] 3- Finally, I'll give it to you, back then (and still sometimes) I didn't read titles or summaries, I just saw pretty covers started to read, if I found something I didn't like I would just stop. That time I just decided to left a comment after seeing several comments glorifying kidnappers/stalkers. On the first place I should have actually read the title and move on, that's completely my fault.
Let's stop romanticising stalking, it's not cute or romantic, he's gonna k*ll/k*dnapp/r*pe you. This is a way to serious topic to go and make a romance manga based on it. This is plain horrible. Can't understand the people who like this.
