Yep. Ciel has two rings: the blue sapphire, and the gold one with the Phantomhive crest. Red gave him the gold one.

In chap 139 it was sebby who got the ring and gave it to ciel right? but during the madame red arc in her memories it showed madame red giving the ring to ciel?? was there 2 then??
