i'm from mexico and its not banned, a few days ago there was this "Error 1015" which you could not load the page, there was a message of "you're temporarily banned from the page" but within the next day it got fixed.
For me it’s banned for almost 2 days already. It says “The website is not accessible in UAE.”

Yeah. I’m using vpn to access the site. So far it’s already been 3 days since it was banned here.
is it free?
Yeah. Tho it’d work better n for a longer time if I bought a package for like a month or a year.
can i know what apps? and how to use it?
I can access it easy though without VPN... maybe it is an issue with location and network provider? My friend had the same issue and when I was at their place, it was not accessible. No issues from home though *whew*
