Ah... Me too.. No one ever told me that. And I only got nosebleed due to hot weather. But stress do effect my sleep. Sometimes I can't sleep for three days straight
And people still dont understand when you tell them "I couldnt sleep." They think its because we're using our phones and not sleeping.
I got several spontaneous nosebleeds when I was a kid in elementary school....Though I don't think ot was related to being overworked or whatever (I mean it was elementary school LOL)..I think it was either because of the heat or because of holding my head in a lowered position for too long. (I used to practically fold myself in two when writing on my desk lmao)
Lmao me too. I literally put mg eyes 3cm away from the paper when Im drawing.
Idk about you guys but no one in my family ever told me not to overwork myself. I never got nosebleed in my life until last year my nose just started bleeding in the morning and one time in class while learning.
