Helloo it's a shounen ai(I guess?)
And it was a manhwa but I wanted to re read it again. It was a short one, the Guy A has black hair? And the Guy B has white. I remember they met as a kid
I don't know if they became friends but one day the Guy B disappeared? Then they met again in high-school and they don't talk to each other at first but one day they did and I think Guy B disappeared again. Then Guy A tried to find him again and so he did then I'm sure Guy B said something about him being a mermaid like his mom. It was short but it was pretty and the story is pretty calm.
