I think our ciel took his twin’s name because he wished he was the one who was killed, not his twin that fateful night. Since the real ciel is cheerful and brave and everything the people around him wanted. So I think our ciel took his siblings name so as not to disappoint his relatives, Elizabeth, and everyone else. Because the real ciel did die meaning regardless of what our ciel calls himself he will still be the rightful heir.

I just checked on wiki because I was confused as HELL and I always check that to get me caught up...so this random ass twin that came along is referred to as lord Sirius right? [And the real ciel (our ciel) that still has his loyal servants it says his blood type is Sirius?] And I hope stuff gets cleared up for Soma, like getting to know that it wasn't the real ciel that killed Agni cause he looks like he's hurting alot without him
