I agree, he didn't congratulate young directly. He also was not eager, if you observe his face and his head when he was saying "when is it my turn", he seemed to imply, "I deserve your time, I did so much for you... Don't you owe me that much?".... He didn't seem eager, more like frustrated like a baby who didn't get his way...
