A trigger warning would have been ideal :( why it is not used more in BL stories still amazes me, I don't know if it is because maybe in some countries it is not consider as serious of a crime as it is in mine, but even if BL or yaoi or whatever is consider a lesser genre in the industry and it has a history of plots featuring rape, maybe it is time to start changing that. Idk, I'm not making much sense but this story was one of my faves in this website and I'm kind of disappointed. But you summarised my thoughts perfectly

Ohh well I'm glad I'm not the only one rape puts off in Bl. It's so unnecessary ! The worst in this "trend" is that it normalizes rape in some way, cause we see it so often, like it's some common thing to do. Yikes.
And we probably won't see any psychological consequences in this manhwa either, which is sad.
Exactly! I know, right? Most authors in BL stories seem to use rape as a plot device more than a very serious episode which would most likely taunt the character in the future, specially without the help of a psychologist (I don't think that they exist in the yaoi universe, I've never seen one and they are obviously needed lol)
It is not easy to overcome a rape, and most stories tend to portray it as if it wasn't as serious or traumatic as it is in reality :/
Some things going on here :
First, this chapter should have had a tw in it's beginning, seriously why does every author keep on forgetting they are writing a romance and this kinda content can shock a lot of people. Keeping up with this idea, I'm getting sick of rape plots in yaoi, seriously, even if it isn't romanticized and happening between the main couple, it has nothing to do in some lambda romance story.
Second, given what's happened here, I'm afraid of director Park's reaction. He typically is the jealous and super possessive type of guy hhhh and I'm afraid of some misunderstanding between the two of them. By that I mean Park thinking Suha chose to be in that situation and rejecting the fault on him. The misunderstanding plot is used a lot in yaoi, and I wouldnt be surprised if it happened in here. I'll be disappointed tho, cause then the romance will begin to grow toxic and I don't want that. Anyways, let's hope it doesn't happen and wait till next Friday Ig.
