Just an honest opinion, but I feel like Uenoyama was being used as a substitute for Yuki. Although we all know that wasn’t the case, it’s just really uncomfortable to always bring up Yuki. Well, Yuki is good and a really interesting character, he’s also one of the reason of Mafuyu’s growth, but really, Mafuyu and Uenoyama really needs some time alone to communicate with each other without bringing up Yuki’s name whatsoever, or their relationship would really fall apart. Like, we don’t really have to forget Yuki, but Uenoyama deserves more recognition.
