I think the brother is being a brother over protective but the cousin sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders and stopping the brother from being rash
I'll have to reread later with this thought in mind.
Ugh, I genuinely hate it when families interfere. I only have bad feelings with the way they spoke about them at the end.
