Yes. Though I thought the same. I also feel that it's highly unikely that the MC would bother with Love BUT the implications still ticks me off. Like how the Martial King was being forceful with MC in one of the chapter with just sitting down. What more could he pressure him to do? Marry his goddam daughter? The idea that he brought up multiple of times making everyone in the village misunderstood. (￣ε(#￣)Σ
No he won’t force cain to do that if u read the novel u can see what happens afterward don’t wanna spoil things but he truly won’t force anything on cain actually cain won’t stay long with him to get forced on anything at all

(￣ε(#￣)Σ I know the purple haired girl wasn't so bad but the Martial king implying that the MC could be manipulated (w/c I think will not be the case but still!) /underhandedly led into marrying his daughter by bargaining something significant for the MC's progress throughout the whole story (something THAT he cannot decline) rly piss the hell out of me.ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ From chapter 62 onwards instead of focusing on the plot I was busy worrying about that possiblity it's ruining the reading experience for me.
