I re-read it, and it seems that there was a stutter, which I can't imagine current Eren stuttering while saying something like that. Well, Historia simply asked what if she has a child, not that she would have one with Eren. It could just be her conceiving an heir to eventually take her place, and possibly even take Eren's Titan power when the tine comes. It doesn't mean Eren himself is the father.
