A whole bunch of drama happens which causes the female lead to like slit her throat in order to like prove her love for the male lead or something. I not really sure because I cant read korean. Anyway she ends up wheelchair bound and unable to speak and in a crazed state with the male lead taking care of her. The thing that's most confusing to me is how the male lead remains friends with the people that tried and managed to make them break up and caused the female lead to be in that state. Anyway, there's no happy lovey dovey ending whatsoever, just some ruined lives.
This story is so sickening omg!!
I just looked through all the raws and the story is just full of misunderstandings and stupid situations also the ending was just not it. I started reading this hoping it was going to be yandere x yandere but instead I got dealt a story where everyone is fucked up and with slight themes of ntr. Honestly not worth it :/
