nod I think this shows some reflection on what Jihyun did to shiwoo and that for him there is no going back to how things are and while forgive mean he is forgiven for the terrible things he did it also means a end to the relationship they shared. which is the justice that is deserved and seeing chiwoo happy with the other guy where jihyun wanted to be was also part of the justice of his actions.
